Need to rest but find it hard to unwind? Want to meditate but your mind is too busy?
Join Dr. Jackie Ang (GP psychotherapist, yoga and meditation teacher) this Wednesday January 19 from 8:00 – 9:15 pm for a guided sound meditation with singing bowls and chimes. We will demystify meditation practice and explore different ways to support the relaxation response. Come for the meditation alone, or stay to learn more about how to down regulate your nervous system for rest and recovery. No meditation experience is necessary!
Time: Wednesday January 19; 8:00 – 9:15 pm on Zoom
What you will need:
Bring your curiousity, questions and a pair of headphones if available for optimal sound experience. You are welcome to participate from the comfort of your bed or any space where you can easefully lie down, recline or be seated.
