New Oakville COVID, Cold and Flu Clinic opens October 24th, located at OakMed Family Health Team (231 Oak Park Blvd in Oakville).

- You have been directed by your family doctor or other health care professional; OR
- If you are unable to safely monitor your symptoms at home; OR
- If you are at risk of severe illness, including:
- You are immunocompromised
- Unvaccinated and over 60
- Unvaccinated First Nations, Inuit, and Metis individuals over 50
- Unvaccinated individuals over 50 with one or more of the following risk factors, such as; obesity (BMI >=30), dialysis or stage 5 kidney disease (eGFR <15mL/min/1.73 m2), diabetes, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability of any severity, sickle cell disease, receiving active cancer treatment, solid organ or stem cell transplant recipients.
Of note, in addition to the new Oakville CCFC location, there are several locations in Mississauga, three of which are reasonably close to the Halton region, and two Brampton locations that your patients can also access: Pearl Medical, Mississauga Medical Arts, Carepoint Health, Queen Square FHT and Hurontario St. These are all accessible via the website above.
