"Dr. Kristianna Martiniuk (Oakville) is recognized for championing the value and involvement of family physicians in the creation of a strong Connected Care Halton Ontario Health Team (OHT). As the OHT’s co-chair, she is a passionate advocate for system improvement and for improved patient and provider experiences in our healthcare system. Dr. Martiniuk is also recognized for co-founding the Halton Physician Association to strengthen collegiality in her local medical community and to support the ongoing integration of care." - OCFP Website

Dr Martiniuk was also recently rewarded the E.P. "Soapy" Soanes Award from the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. This award is presented each year to a family physician at OTMH who has demonstrated an outstanding contribution to the hospital and community.
